This year, with your help, we hope to change that! We often tell our supporters that nappies (diapers) and formula can't love a child. Sadly, many donors are nervous of this cost of supporting the community that makes it possible to love the children. A Loved team has Love to offer our babies!
You could help bring the Christmas Cheer to our team, who have endured some serious challenges through the last few years, and especially this year. Who, despite having had to quickly adjust to a new model of care, have diligently maintained consistent quality care to the little ones who call our centre a home-away-from-home. We hope to run an annual fundraiser that is aimed specifically at providing for our Christmas Salaries and a evenly distributed bonus if there is any over flow funding.
Retaining our staff compliment and developing a strong, loving community in our TLC family is of vital importance to building a strong, safe and secure foundation for the children. Sadly, working on limited and strained non-profit budget means that we are not able to offer competitive salaries but through your help in providing a little bit of a Christmas Cheer perk through the small gift of a full December salary goes a really long way in helping remind our staff that we value them.
