When we learned that trauma surgeons in Ukraine were forced to operate with drills from hardware stores instead of special medical devices, we started collecting money for high-quality medical instruments that can help save lives or help war victims avoid complications from their injuries.
The funds raised from sponsor donations were previously used to purchase 6 sets of instruments (drills and saws) for complex surgical operations performed on limbs of soldiers and civilians.
These surgeries helped 57 patients save their extremities and gave them a chance to return to active lives. Now we are planning another purchase and transfer of surgical instruments to Ukrainian hospitals, which are in need of our help.
The fourth year of war in Ukraine requires endurance, courage and unity from Ukrainian society.
Caring sponsors from all over the world actively support us through their donations, for which we are sincerely grateful.
