On March 15 there was a terrible anniversary, the anniversary of the war in Syria, an often forgotten war, that has been going on for far too long. Where the bombings didn’t make it, poverty, hunger, and the darkest despair make their way.
Yet there are some that are trying to start over again, thanks to the project A name and a Future in support of needy children in Aleppo. Last year we also started activities to support women in the same project since the mothers of many of the children we support are alone and cannot earn a living on their own.
Here are some success stories from the project:
