Introduction
The local Clinic was constructed around 1970. With a population of over 5000 people around the community, the clinic is facing serious challenges in terms of service delivery. The local community is a farming community in extreme poverty and as a result items have been stolen.
Report
The clinic needs furniture, more beds on the labour ward, a huge paint and clean up, toilets need fixing and new solar panels that was stolen need to be replaced with anti theft equipment installed. We also need to install burglar bars and alarms however no funding is available. The clinic also has a shortage of drugs, equipment, beds and blankets. We are currently raising funds for a solar panel to provide power to the clinic and are looking for $250 for the panel.
