The pupils are still learning on 3 shifts/day, in this way the education doesn't reach a decent standard and the lack of basic hygiene put the children’s health at risk every day. We believe that education is the fundamental right of every humain being and we keep collecting the remaining amount to build all the necessary facilities.
New classroms and all the necessary additional latrins will assure the children of the Katulumba School the basic education and the minimum sanitary standards they deserve.
The project is ambitious but thanks to GlobalGivingt and all of our generous donors, little by little we keep collecting funds. We want to further cultivate relationships with the Katulumba Community School, as well as create a true connection, even if on a small scale with the Zambian people. This wonderful country deserves more and it is an honor to be able to work together to achieve this.
