We're excited to kick off the summer season with good vibes! This year, Comfort Cases has set its sights on distributing 40,000 blankets and 40,000 books to children and youth in foster care.
From January to May, we've already handed out over 10,000 blankets and more than 4,000 books. And with significant orders on the horizon, we're expecting to double those numbers by the summer's end!
When asked about our most needed items, it's the ones that provide a sense of individuality and comfort to the young ones in foster care: blankets and quilts, whether they're handmade or store-bought. For our Comfort Cases, we've found that blankets up to 50 inches by 60 inches are just perfect, and for the infant cases, sizes up to 30 inches by 40 inches fit the bill.
Your donations make a huge difference in supplying what we can't get otherwise! Thank you for helping us bring comfort (and a dose of education!) to children and youth in foster care.
