Dear Family/Donors,

It's not easy, it demands effort, but we have new classes and new grantees.

 Since August 8^th we have a new MBA class with 17 students and one GG grantee - Fernanda Freda Pereira – 38 years old, animal husbandry, interest in income generation projects for riverside communities in the Amazon.

 In the first week of immersion at the headquarters of ESCAS/IPÊ (8^th to 12^th August), all the students were involved with the following debates:

Module I: Social and Environmental Scenario

• Understand the evolution of concepts and practices in the social and environmental fields.
• Identify the challenges faced by contemporary society.
• Identify opportunities for socio-environmental entrepreneurship initiatives.

            We also have a new master's class with 12 students and 3 partial GG grantees – Harisson Luiz Pires Pereira – 33 years old - environmental manager; Lilian Di Tommaso Almeida Reis – 37 years old - environmental manager; Tatiana Motta Grillo Guimarães – 45 years old – attorney.

             Right now, they are beginning the course in the first week of immersion discussing Environmental Education, Ethics and Sustainability (from 26^th to 30^th September).
