Introduction
In order to improve education and create economies, our aim is to maximise teacher training throughout all project areas. Although teaching is the most important profession, it is also frequently the least regarded and appreciated.
Report
Sadly, not everyone shares this perspective,and governments frequently fail to devote enough funds to teachers' preparationand compensation. As a result, people are frequently reluctant to pursue teaching as a career, and those that do are almost certainly underqualified and lose motivation. We attempt to intervene here. In order to improve the quality of education students receive as well as to equip teachers with the skills they need to maximise their impact, deliver effective lessons, and hopefully advance in their careers, this project aims to provide essential teacher training and skill development across all of our project locations.
