Many talented, dynamic women are single mothers or don't have the funds to pay for board certification courses to be eligible for boards. This project addresses that dead on by enabling the women to be certified through your donations.
The impact on companies and businesses with women in senior roles especially boards is enormous and frankly, game-changing. Often, revenue streams and productivity go up. Diversity also makes businesses more resilient. This is very much so in a country like Pakistan where role models are few and far inbetween.
Your donations are key for this. It's early days as yet, but please do continue to donate and spread the word.
