Dawood Global Foundation’s SheLeads Board Certified program is equipping Pakistani women with the essential knowledge, skills, and certification to serve on corporate boards. By fostering leadership and governance expertise, this initiative is breaking long-standing barriers and creating new opportunities for women in executive decision-making roles. Thanks to the generous contributions of our donors, we have successfully trained and certified women to take on key leadership positions, driving progress toward gender diversity in Pakistan’s corporate sector.
