Child Brides Support Project

Thank you very much for your support to our project providing for child-brides as well as conducting regular field visits in order to find means to improve the situation of child brides and their families. One of our aims is also to advocate the prevention of child-brides which include the provision of small livelihood support so that they are able to improve their social and economic situation. This reporting period we are able to engage a total of 70 vulnerable families with food production by the use of resources around the house for their food production needs. Your continuing help is badly needed because we want to expand this initiative to more villages. Thank you very much and hoping for your generosity.

Dear Friend,

Thank you very much for your support to our project helping child-brides. This situation is very common among poor families in remote areas and we surmise this is because of poverty, lack of education and lack of resources. Over the years we continue to provide for child-brides with education, consultation and direct economic support. This reporting period we focused on providing for their economic necessities and not only for themselves but for their families as well because when the situation happens the entire family is affected. Our provision comprise vegetable gardening inputs, small and large animals and supporting small livelihoods. We were able to provide small livelihoods to 12 families during this period thanks so much for your kindness and generosity.
