#Climb4cancer In few days, Nelly Attar will be attempting the world's second highest mountain K2, "The Savage Mountain" (8,611m above sea level). Nelly's climb is dedicated to all the little fighters climbing the mountain of cancer at the Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL). Join Nelly on her 45 day climb, as she takes every brave and tenacious young fighter with her to the world's second highest mountain - by donating, spreading the word, and/or supporting the children at the center.
CCCL is struggling with scarcity of resources and funds, to continue supporting children in need. Lebanon's dire economic and political situation, has created a major strain on the public healthcare in general. CCCL's only major support system at the moment, is funding from overseas.
This climb aims at raising much needed funds for the treatment of the children at the center, without any cost to their parents. Every donation will help CCCL cover the cost of treatment for more children and will have a long-term impact on the lives of the little heroes fighting the disease.
