Durante estos meses hemos continuado con la implementación del Programa Aprendiendo en Casa-HIPPY con el objetivo de seguir acompañando a Maxi y sus amigos.
En estos últimos meses, los indicadores en Argentina muestran que el 42% de la población está en situación de pobreza. La cifra más preocupante es que 6 millones de niños y niñas menores de 15 años en el país (58% de la totalidad de niños y niñas de Argentina) viven en hogares cuyos ingresos no alcanzan a cubrir una canasta básica de bienes y alimentos (Fuente: CIPPEC, 2021).
En este contexto, seguimos acompañando a más de 120 hogares en 5 comunidades del gran San Miguel de Tucumán, donde se ubican los barrios de mayor vulnerabilidad, en la zona periurbana de la ciudad capital.
A pesar de la difícil situación epidemiológica de Argentina y respetando los protocolos vigentes impartidos por el Ministerio de Salud de la Nación, hemos asegurado el acompañamiento a los padres junto a la entrega de libros, elementos de librería y cuadernillos HIPPY. De esta manera seguimos fomentando los estímulos y valores para que en estos hogares el derecho a un acceso a la educación sea una realidad.
También hemos habilitado un programa de acompañamiento integral para hogares que se han visto afectados por la pandemia del COVID 19, de esta manera asegurando un abordaje integral a las familias que estamos acompañando desde el Programa Aprendiendo en Casa-HIPPY, dando respuesta urgente a situaciones particulares que van surgiendo en los hogares.
Durante los próximos meses seguiremos gracias a sus aportes acompañando a los más de 120 hogares que hoy forman parte de este proyecto.

During these months we have continued with the implementation of the Learning at Home-HIPPY Program with the aim of continuing to accompany Maxi and his friends.
In recent months, indicators in Argentina show us that 42% of the population is in a situation of poverty. The most worrying figure is that 6 million boys and girls under the age of 15 in the country (58% of all boys and girls in Argentina) live in households whose income is not enough to cover a basic basket of goods and food (Source : CIPPEC, 2021).
In this context, we continue to accompany more than 120 households in 5 communities of the greater San Miguel de Tucumán, where the most vulnerable neighborhoods are located, in the peri-urban area of the capital city.
Despite the difficult epidemiological situation in Argentina and respecting the current protocols indicated by the Ministry of Health of the Nation, we have ensured the accompaniment of parents along with the delivery of books, library items and HIPPY booklets. In this way, we continue to promote incentives and values so that in these households the right to access to education becomes a reality.
We have also enabled a comprehensive support program for homes that have been affected by the COVID 19 pandemic, thus ensuring a comprehensive approach to the families that we are accompanying from the Learning at Home-HIPPY Program, giving an urgent response to particular situations. that are emerging in homes. During the coming months we will continue, thanks to your contributions, accompanying the more than 120 households that today are part of this project.
