Dear friends, your support has been significant to the Ukrainian mums who are raising children with disabilities amidst the ongoing war. Raising a child with special needs in Ukraine was always highly challenging for many parents. As the war started, it became even more difficult for a lot of families due to the loss of income, forced displacement, rising prices, deepening poverty and various other adverse effects of the war. As the conflict is ongoing, many struggle to afford food, medication and treatments for their children.
Bright Kids Charity strives to offer complex assistance for families of children with disabilities, and Natalia L.'s family is one such family. To feed her children, Natalia makes accessories, such as handmade beaded shopper bags and cosmetic bags. Although running a small venture during the war has been very difficult, the woman does what she can to put food on the table and ensure her child's needs are met. Earlier, we supported the family by providing groceries and paying for a treatment course for her daughter, Yulia. Now, thanks to your generous donation, BKC purchased beads, threads, and other craft supplies worth USD 260.26 to support Natalia's venture. The woman is very grateful for the help. 'A huge thank you from my daughter and me for the ongoing support, understanding, and warmth,' said Natalia.
Please consider supporting this initiative again. Your gift to Ukraine's mothers of children with disabilities helps to feed a hungry family during wartime.
Warm regards,
Natalie Blinder
