Dear our sponsors and whom it may concern,
Despite socio - economic developments for the past decades, still too many children suffer from malnutrition in Viet Nam. Out of 7 million children under the age of five, more than 1.7 million children are stunted (24,6% - National Institute of Nutrition 2015).
Ensuring the health of children is Viet Nam’s highest priority. Viet Nam was the first country in Southeast Asia and the second in the world to adopt the Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 14 of which says that every child has the right to the highest attainable standard of health care.
Founded in 2014, For Vietnamese Stature Foundation’s goal is to promote the rights to nutrition and to education of children, including boys and girls. For Vietnamese Stature Foundation has been assisting many children in remote and difficult areas having better daily nutrition, and learning conditions and opportunity in their early life.
We are looking forward to receiving your interest and support with the project "Daily School Milk for 300 poor children in Vietnam"
