Greetings from St Martins school and St Martins Boys.
I hope all is well with you and that the first half of this year has been as good as you expected. Here all is well. We have had a good half characterized by rainfall which is good after a long spell of drought.
St Martins Boys School has been progressing well since we reopened for the 2nd term on the 8th of May 2023. They have been lucky to host their first volunteer visit thanks to Frank Recruitment Group, Rebura, and the tenth Revolution group employees that paid them a visit in March of this year.
Through the visit they were able to share their needs. Of importance was the need to have a computer lab that is useful to their daily educational needs. We are hoping to have this completed before the end of this coming month.
The school population has increased to 40 students and we are hoping to get more students to join the school in the coming year.
All in all, we are grateful for the support we have received and continue to receive in helping set up the school. We will be sure to send more updates on the progress made. Thank you all.
Best regards,
Alfred Aswan.
