Greetings from St Martins school, and the Kibagare community. We hope all is well with you all in your respective countries.
We have had a few good months since our last update though not much activity has happened regarding school activities. School is still on and did reopen on the 28th of August 2023 for the third term of this calendar year. The third term of the year is short because students in their final year of primary and secondary school will be sitting their final year of school examinations in November.
St Martins Boys is a new school that does not have final-year students this year. The student population is still small though we are hoping to get more students in their first year of high school in the year 2024. The sentiments we are getting from the current group of students are that they are happy at school.
We are grateful that through the support we have received so far we have been able to sustain the school from the day the reopened to date. With continued support, we are assured of doing more going forward.
Thank you all and best regards,
Alfred Aswan.
