The last few months have been tough as we have not generated any donations for school uniforms, and we can understand why. The whole world is struggling under the weight of the changes of the COVID-19 pandemic and finances the world across are tough...
So lacking the funds to enable us to buy children school uniforms and jerseys we, as Nourish, have continued to try to provide resilience and support for children in any way we can. And this has been through continuing to focus on food and hygiene.
Growing spinach in our gardens at Nourish for the children to take home to their families, and suporting local primary schools with masks for their learners, as the government provided PPE has run out months ago. This is our way to help keep children safe and healthy.
We thank you all for supporting in the past, and if you can continue to supoprt us in future, THANK YOU. The children need uniforms now more than ever as families are struggling just to make ends meet financially, and to have enough money for food... so now more than ever families will appreciate the support of a school uniform ( including MASK) for their children!
Take care, stay safe, and thank you
