Sponsor Children to attend School in Zimbabwe

It's been a very hot climate here in Zimbabwe and many children love to attend the school that they will walk for up to 3 hours on their return trip to attend school in the heat. It is so amazing seeing their motivation and passion to change their future and get an education and all they ask is for a helping hand UP (not out!). 

We currently have 29 primary schools where with the support of donors we are able to provide a hot meal 1-2 times a week, we would love to offer a meal to every child daily as well as a healthy snack but with 9,200 children attending our schools we can't afford it. 

Anyway these primary school work hard to provide quality education and we have been seeing lots of success with exam results about 6 grades higher over the past 24 months - this is a great move forward and as such more students are now getting accepted into state secondary education, we expect we will have around 500 in January 2025 which means me need 500 sponsorships for these children to attend Secondary school, funding the fees, transport and school uniform comes to around $800 per student for 12 months. 

Sadly we don't think we will raise 500 scholarships as this year we managed to only sponsor 93 students but we will try our best and continue fundraising so we can help more students throughout the year ahead. 

It really is amazing to see how your donations has opened up secondary education to many children as well as supported us to keep 29 primary schools open across 3 rural farming communities.
