Another year has kicked off for us! On February 5th, 2024, we began another academic term, marking three years since we first launched our lab-school. It's incredible to see how far we've come since those early days, starting with just 17 children who helped us realize a long-held dream of focusing on early childhood development. Now, we're proud to say we have over 40 children across various classes.
Just like every new school year, we couldn't help but notice the mix of nerves and curiosity among the new children joining our lab-school. Our dedicated team of teachers welcomed them with open arms, offering warm hugs and bright smiles. During the first week, we focused on helping the children settle into the school environment and get to know the whole team.
As the weeks have passed, it's been heartening to see how the children have truly embraced the lab-school as their second home. They now come in eagerly, excited to see their friends and dive into learning. Those once-timid faces have transformed, brimming with confidence and enthusiasm.
Our ultimate goal remains steadfast: to lay a solid learning foundation for these children, fostering essential executive function skills and nurturing them to become responsible leaders and citizens.
We invite you to join us in supporting our Early Childhood Development (ECD) program. You can make a difference by donating just $50 a month, which covers a child's school fees for a month, or by backing any of our ECD co-curricular activities, such as music and chess. Your support will help shape the future of these young minds and contribute to their growth and development.
