Last week we started the third trimester and will finish the school year in December. Ismael Ruiz, the director of the school, has worked from the heart, with passion and love for his students for the last 15 years. The teachers are dedicated and have a vocation for service. Adela, our social worker, graduated from Together We Can Academy 8 years ago, and now has a degree in Social Work. She visits the students’ houses to assess their needs so we can help them as much as we can. Students appreciate it and work hard. We are focusing on our goals, working as a team, and getting good results. One of the attached videos shows testimonies from students and alumni.
We are deeply sorry to have lost the founder, visionary, and driving force of Juntos Podemos, Bob Gunn, this past August. May he rest in peace. In the attached video, we honor his memory and his great work.
