Dear supporter,
Thank you for donating to the Pureland Project's Education for Nomadic Children in Tibet project on GlobalGiving. This is an ongoing project and we want to keep you updated with how things are progressing on the plateau!
Over the past year, the Pureland Project's Gargon school, located in Dorah village, educated 80 students between kindergarten and 5th grade. The Gyalsum school educated 25 kindergarteners, and Tajuk school educated 17 kindergarteners. The annual Winter Tibetan Language Intensives were a bit different this year due to COVID-19, but they were successful in Gyalsum, Wayul, Jamar, and Gargon. We look forward to continuing these programs in 2022!
We could not do this work without your help. Thank you for your generous donation and we are grateful for your continued support! May you have a healthy and peaceful 2022.
In gratitude,
The Pureland Project
