Help Feed and Support 600 Students in Guatemala

We want to start with a huge thank you to all of our supporters! Our end-of-year fundraising campaign here on GlobalGiving brought in more than $6,000. These funds are so important to the mission of EFTC and the School of Hope. We could not meet our mission of support our students as they break the cycle of poverty in their communities without your generous support. All of students, their families, volunteers, and employees are so grateful. It might sound cliché, but it is true that you are changing the world for the better!

Our 2019 school year is about to begin! Teachers have been at the school for a few days, getting ready for the students to return. We have a great group of new prepa students joining us - students who will be starting their academic careers with us, and be on the path toward improving their families' situations and their communities. We're excited to welcome these students into the School of Hope family, where they will become part of our group of continuing students who make the world a better place. 

As we keep working on our mission and doing everything we can to support our students and their families, we need to continue asking for and depending on your support. We say it often, but we say it often because we mean it: everything we do is only possible because of you and your generosity!
