This project aims at supporting and uplifting young women, in all their diversity, as they discover their potential as tech creators and become catalysts for change in their communities across Latin America. Through a systemic approach to tackle gender stereotypes surrounding STEM fields, we provide 4000+ young women each year with opportunities to explore, learn and pursue academic and professional paths in technology, enhancing their own quality of life and that of their communities.
Today, women remain underrepresented in the tech sector-only 26% hold computing roles, and just 5% lead teams.
