We have continued to make progress with CSDEA’s initiative to empower 1000 rape victims and widows with integrated peacebuilding skills in the North Eastern region of Nigeria. The psycho-social support and mentorship workshops, and tailoring trainings are still in progress. We intend to graduate and empower 15 women from the tailoring school in 4 months. Also, we have started incorporating basic mediation skills into the psycho-social support and mentorship workshops for 100 participants of the project.
GlobalGiving will be giving out a total of $100, 000 in matching funds on Wednesday the 20th of June, 2018 to commemorate the International Humanitarian Day. Every donation that is $20 and above will be matched by GlobalGiving at 100 percent. This means that if you donate $20, this project will automatically receive $40. This opportunity is only valid on the 20th of June while matching funds last.
We are calling on those who have donated and all supporters of this project to help donate and spread this message to enable us to continue to implement this project.
Thank you for your support always!
