Cultivating Potential Through Scholarships

By Zeynep Nese Aslan | Donor Relations Coordinator

As we are moving towards the end of the 2023-2024 academic year, our efforts in empowering young generations through scholarships continues unabated. Reaching more than 3100 students in total, we are proud to maintain being the bridge between our valuable supporters and students in need. Your support continues to be a crucial part of their education, social life and enriching academic journey.

Empowerment Scholarships: A Guiding Light of Hope

College students are among the most adversely impacted by economic fluctuations, often living far from their hometowns and parents who struggle to meet their needs. Under these conditions, as BTF, we are pleased to provide numerous students with scholarships, thanks to the generosity of our supporters.

Over 3100 students benefitted from our scholarship program in the 2023-24 academic year, and we intend to increase the number in the coming year with you. This number embodies our joint endeavor to boost young individuals, enabling them to overcome hurdles on their path to become successful leaders in their specialties. Together, we are not only providing financial assistance but also igniting a beacon of hope that guides students throughout their academic life.

Earthquake Scholarships: Long-Term Efforts to Building Bright Futures

Last year, after two massive earthquakes hit the southeastern region of Türkiye, we directed our efforts and resources to primary needs of the people that were impacted by the disaster. With your unwavering support, we pursue our projects and programs with our devoted partners in the field.

On the other hand, through the CATE (Child Amputees of Türkiye Earthquake) Project, we provide life-long support to children and young individuals who have lost a limb after the earthquake. Besides providing them with their prosthesis needs, we assure them getting scholarships beginning from whatever level of education they may have to their college graduation. We call for your support to sustain these long-term projects.

By extending your monthly support, whether for the CATE Project or the Empowerment Scholarships, you can provide ongoing assistance to children and young individuals, ensuring they receive the continuous care and support they need.
