Empower 4000 Venezuelan Children to Succeed!

SECOND GLOBAL GIVING REVENGA PROJECT REPORT, APRIL 2021

This second management report is related to Project No. 1 of incentives and benefit to teachers of the Municipality Jose Rafael Revenga, Aragua State:

• Payment of AaQ bonus was made effective to 9 teachers who, for various reasons, had their 1st bonus suspended in March 2021, so that in April 2021 the bonus was paid in full, being received by a total of 57 teachers, including: Managers, Classroom Teachers and 02 Circuit Supervisors, and the bonus payment control was received duly signed as proof of receipt.
• I followed-up with Contalfa on the payments made this month, as some bank accounts that originally presented difficulties were replaced and these eventualities were solved, and all transfers were successfully made.  
• We have received a good amount of evidence of the work done by students, together with parents and representatives of the 4 educational institutions that make up this first Project AaQ - Revenga 2021, safeguarded by the Allied AaQ teacher Prof. Carla Blanco.
• We are in constant and fluid communication with the AaQ Coordinating Directors and Teachers to provide guidance, clarify doubts and make work suggestions.
• In order to extend the application of AaQ in the Jose Rafael Revenga Municipality, we began training other institutions that have expressed their interest and desire to take our program to their classrooms, in this sense, during the month of April 2021 the following training was carried out:
• U.E.E Socorro Acosta de Sanchez, U.E.E Luisa Caceres de Arismendi and U.E.E Francisco Jaramillo, received training on April 12,13 and 14, 2021: a total of 65 new teachers from the sector Sabaneta - El Consejo - Municipality Revenga - Aragua State were successfully trained.
• In order to extend the application of AaQ in the Municipality Jose Rafael Revenga, regular training as scheduled began on Sunday 18-04-2021, and we received the AaQ Books, sent from Caracas by Mrs. Christine Vollmer and Lic. Roxanys Paredes, and were delivered to the 4 educational institutions that make up GlobalGiving Project 1 - Revenga 2021.
• On Monday 19-04-2021, working with allied AaQ Teacher Prof. Carla Blanco and Ms. Zuyin Guerra, the latter in charge of visual records, we delivered the AaQ Book Endowment to the 4 GG Proyect 1 schools, as follows:

• U.E.N Creación Calle Páez received 119 Student Books and y 02 Teacher Guides, as follows:

• Intercircuit Supervisor, Prof. Elena Alemán: received 13 AaQ Books, which will be used to apply the AaQ program in her school leveling project with children who have basic learning difficulties in reading, writing and calculation.

Total Books and Guides delivered among the 4 Institutions: 790 student books and 18 teacher guides

In order to promote the incorporation of new educational institutions in AaQ application, the following institutions located in the Municipality Jose Rafael Revenga - Aragua State received training on April 26, 27 and 28, 2021:

• U.E.E La Gruta; U.E.N Francisco Jaramillo and U.EN Alida Perez Matos: 23 new teachers from Sabaneta,  El Consejo, Municipality of Revenga, Aragua State received the 16-hour workshop training sessions.

In order to expand our field of action with AaQ in Revenga, 3 new trainings have been scheduled, as follows:

• May 10 and 12, 2021: U.E.N Jose Leonardo Chirinos; U.E.N.B Santa Rosalia and U.E.N Morocopo Alto.
• May 24 and 25, 2021: U.E.N Juan Uslar
• May 27 and 28, 2021: U.E.N Manuel Cipriano Pérez. All schools located in the Municipality of Revenga.
