Endowment fund is sustainability of NDF

This report provides an update on the progress of the Endowment Fund for NDF Pakistan project during the reporting period. The initiative aims to establish a sustainable funding source to support rehabilitation services, capacity-building programs, and social inclusion efforts for persons with disabilities (PWDs) in underserved areas. Key milestones achieved include community outreach, fundraising efforts, and the successful implementation of service programs.

Objectives of the Project

To establish a reliable financial resource through the endowment fund.
To enhance rehabilitation services, including physiotherapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy, for 400+ PWDs.
To promote the social and economic inclusion of PWDs through training and advocacy programs.
Program Implementation
- Rehabilitation Services:
  - Delivered therapy sessions to 400 individuals children with disabilities.
  - Expanded outreach to 50 additional families in rural areas.
- Community Awareness and Advocacy:
  - Conducted 02 workshops on disability rights and inclusion, engaging 200 participants.
- Skill Development:
  - Initiated training programs for PWDs in trades like dressmaking, IT skills, Arts, Packings.
  - NDF hopes for more attention for Donors to keep sustain such beneficial activities.
