Dear Born to Succeed family, friends and supporters,
In the month of December we participated in the Global Giving Accelerator Programme and, because of YOUR financial support we managed to raise enough funds to completely fund our project! We are now a permanent partner of Global Giving.
In collaboration with graduating students majoring in English, Born Succeed will strive to enhance the ability of the women to articulate their stories and find their voices.
The students will utilise a customised 20 hour curriculum specifically based on the topic: Professional Workplace Communication (including email writing and report writing) to coach the participants and improve their communication skills.
The sessions will take place in 3 regions in South Africa (KwaZulu Natal, Limpopo and Eastern Cape)
The outcomes of the project will include to:
The students will ensure that the participants complete a baseline assessment and will report on the participants’ improvement on a monthly basis.
