Dear Friends,

I just returned from Barlad with our CEO Laura Larkin and one of our US Board Members. We visit every five months and it is so incredible to see the changes and progress.

Last year at this time, we were so worried as we had lost our lease and needed new space. What a difference a year makes !  We now have a larger space enabled us to help more children and providing better designated areas for our smallest kids and teens/pre-teens. Thank you for helping to make this possible.  The need continues to be so great and we always have a wait list. Little by little, with your assistance, we have been able to expand our work and provide guidance not only to the children but to their families who also suffer from lack of community support and worry. Giving this support to the foster and natural parents gives a stronger foundation to the child and we hope, one day, better advocacy on their behalf.

Thank you for your generosity and we hope to have your continued support. With larger space and more children, we know our costs increase -- but it is worth it to have an impact on these very special children
