A Bright Start: Caleb Foundation's Daycare Program

Dear Caleb Foundation Friends and Family,

I am pleased to report that 2023 has been a great year for Caleb Foundation: Save Life with Pennies, thanks to your generous support and help. We have made a significant impact in the lives of many children and families in our community.

Free DayCare Program:

Our Free DayCare program is a unique multi-purpose service that provides education, nutritional, and medical support to 40 children under the age of 6 each day. The program also provides valuable support to mothers, allowing them to go to work and earn a living for their families.

The program's unique features include:

• Comprehensive support for children and mothers: The program provides a wide range of services to both children and mothers, including education, nutrition, and medical care. This holistic approach helps to ensure that children can thrive, and mothers are able to succeed.
• Focus on early childhood education: The program provides high-quality early childhood education to children, which helps them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in school and in life.
• Prevent Homelessness: Many underprivileged mothers become homeless after giving birth because they cannot find employment or afford childcare. Our free daycare program helps to prevent homelessness by providing mothers with access to safe childcare, allowing them to work and provide for their families.
• Providing a safe environment for kids: To provide for their children, many underprivileged mothers are forced to take on unsafe street jobs while carrying their babies. This puts both the mothers and their children at risk of serious injury or death. Our free daycare program provides a safe alternative, allowing mothers to work and provide for their families without putting their children in danger.

The Free Daycare program has made a significant impact in the lives of children and families in our community. The program has helped children to succeed in school and in life, and it has helped mothers to maintain their employment and provide for their families.

Last week, we graduated 18 children from our program. These children are now not only old enough to join 1^st grade, but also equipped enough to succeed in the public school system next year. The graduation of 18 children from the program last week is a significant achievement. It is a testament to the success of the program and the dedication of the staff and volunteers.

We are now in the process of recruiting 20 more children from our long waiting list. This means that 20 more mothers will be able to go to work by dropping their children off with us. The Caleb Foundation can provide these services to children and families at no cost thanks to the generous support of donors like you.

Dear Caleb Foundation family members,

We hope all is good with you and your family!  We are very thankful for your continuous help.  Because of your support, we continued feeding our underprivileged children twice a day at our daycare.  In most cases, that is the only food kids are getting throughout the day because their guardians can't afford to feed them after they pick them up from our daycare at night.  Every day, the kids are super excited to come to our daycare center because of the food we provide for them. This is not possible without your help.  Thank you so much for your help. You are making a difference!  We hope you will continue helping us make a difference in our children's life. Together we can make this world a better place.
