Greetings to all of our supporters,
We have been hard at work from our 5 community centers providing each month with food boxes, seminars and supplies to grow a home garden. Each month we provide 150 individuals with food boxes plus we have provided 15 individuals with the supplies necessary to develop and grow their own home garden. In addition, in March, we begun two series of a 3 days (2 hours each day) on seminars on how to grow and up keep of the garden to 13 unduplicated participants; the third sesries begins this week.
We understand the need to grow this program but we need you. We need the support of individuals, and organizations, like yours that understand the importance of such program. Government, local and federal, already cut the funds so we depend on you. Let us continue to provide such an important food sustainability program for our LGBT+ older adults.
