Formula and Baby WASH for the babies in Ethiopia

Through your donation to this project, we have made significant strides in addressing the vital nutritional needs of children, fostering improvements in their health, holistic development, and overall well-being.

MHO remains committed to supporting homeless women with children who, every 60 seconds, face the daunting prospect of losing everything with nowhere to turn. Our intervention goes beyond providing shelter; we create a sense of family and home. The organization ensures that these individuals receive essential provisions, including food, clothing, education, and medical care. Importantly, we instill hope in their lives, facilitating successful rehabilitation, empowerment, transformation, and reintegration, enabling them to embark on a new and promising chapter in life.

While we did not raise funds during this reporting period under the specific project, "Formula and Baby WASH for the babies in Ethiopia," your support through GlobalGiving allowed us to provide formula and balanced diet nutrients for babies. This initiative also encompassed Baby WASH and shelter for 90 children between the ages of 0-5, residing in MHO rehabilitation. These children, including new arrivals who have been orphaned, abandoned, or otherwise deprived of family nurturing, still face challenges such as a lack of basic food, nutrition, rudimentary shelter, and minimal medical attention. However, MHO remains steadfast in its efforts, complementing these services with additional donations.
