Formula and Baby WASH for the babies in Ethiopia

Dear Generous Donors and Supporters,

We are pleased to provide you with an update on our project, “Formula and Baby WASH for Babies in Ethiopia.”

Before the intervention, many women with infant children faced an impossible choice: to feed their babies or to feed themselves. These mothers were grappling with multiple challenges, including difficulties in breastfeeding and the struggle to find safe shelter for themselves and their children.

Thanks to the generous support from GlobalGiving and its partners. We have successfully delivered baby formula and balanced nutritional supplements to infants in need. This includes Baby WASH initiatives and shelter for 90 children aged 0-5 in MHO rehabilitation, including those who have been orphaned, abandoned, or deprived of family support. To date, we have successfully provided baby formula and balanced nutritional supplements to infants in need, alongside Baby WASH initiatives and shelter. We are currently supporting 90 children aged 0-5 in MHO rehabilitation, including those who have been orphaned, abandoned, or deprived of family care.

Our project has not only addressed the nutritional needs of these infants but has also improved their health, holistic development, and overall well-being. Additionally, by alleviating the burdens faced by mothers, particularly those struggling with breastfeeding challenges, we have made a meaningful impact on their lives
