To our supporters,
Imagine struggling to hear your teacher or not being able to see the board in class and having no way to fix it. This is the reality for 3.5 million children in South Africa who suffer from vision and hearing impairments. For children in poor and rural communities, access to glasses, hearing aids, and treatment is almost non-existent. Many families are unaware of their child's condition, and stigma and lack of education prevent them from seeking help. As a result, these children struggle to learn, fall behind in school, and often face bullying.
With your support, we will:
1.Test children in rural and disadvantaged schools for hearing and vision impairments
2.Provide glasses, hearing aids, and resources to those in need
3.Train teachers and community leaders to recognize early signs of impairments
4.Raise awareness to reduce stigma and ensure children receive help
Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and succeed.
Donate today and help us give the gift of sight and sound to children in need!
