Last month, I had the opportunity to personally visit our girls' project in Nicaragua. During my stay, I met with the entire dedicated team and discussed the current challenges and the future direction of the project. I was particularly pleased that we were able to welcome a new girl into our program, whom we will support throughout her educational journey.
As before, we continue to support the girls financially with their schooling or vocational training – especially at Violita's evening school. This assistance is necessary because all participants come from very poor backgrounds and would not be able to afford even the low school fees without our support.
Although regular psychological counseling is not currently offered, we remain available to the girls for personal discussions and support.
