Hello All,
We are very happy to announce that classes are back in session since January 5th.
To ensure everyone’s safety, Kenia Government guidelines has been implemented: Temperature check, use of mask and elimination of nap time, as our “babies” would be too close from one another.
Here are some updates from Hai Centre:
. Renewed babies hygiene kit, furniture (chairs) and our first aid supplies.
. Our Mamas are working on a personal bag prototype using certified fabric from Ghana. We have no doubt it will be beautiful and soon available for purchase worldwide.
. For education, our team is preparing the Waldorf second module that is delivered by our Teachers at our partner project “Pés Livres” in Moshi – Tanzania. Leah, our teacher, will travel for 7 days and we will ensure she and her students are safe. This is a dream coming true for us – our students becoming teachers and sharing this with others.
. Our babies from primary education are also back in school with new uniforms and access to food. There are 29 kids supported by the amazing result from our “Sorriso no rosto e lapis na mão” .
Asante Sana!
