Dear Friend of St Cyril,
A Happy New Year to you! We wish you a wonderful and fulfilling 2023!
Our project, "Radiotherapy for 10,000 Nigerian Women with Cancer, a St. Cyril Cancer Treatment Foundation Initiative aims to bridge the gap of inadequate healthcare system in Nigeria.
Nigeria having just eight (8) government-owned radiotherapy machines across the 36 states plus the Federal Capital Territory, is alarming. The target funds of one million dollars ($1,000,000) is to enable us to provide succor for ten thousand Nigerian women who would benefit from a brachytherapy unit in our clinic. Thus far, seven hundred and fifty-eight dollars ($758) has been raised towards the goals.
Though we are still far from our target, we can boldly say that we have judiciously utilized every penny raised; by paying for radiotherapy sessions of 2 women conducted in other facilities-in Lagos and Gombe states in Nigeria.
Please continue to support us as we are making a difference! Also share with your family and friends.
Thank you! Thank you!!
Warmest regards,
Ifeoluwa Amure
