Hello Friends of the Hogar Santa Ana:
We are back to the new normal!
These last four months were very active. Our ladies choir went to sing to our local church festivities, and they were invited to the Theatre by Fundacion Arte Vivo.
We got back to celebrating the birthdays of the month at the home, and this makes our ladies feel very special (most of them do not have family, so having someone celebrate their birthday is very important.
We had to undergo many repairs (some electrical and some natural gas) as well as changing the lighting on the Homes access.
We desperately needed a food processor so we did a Locro Solidario (Charity Locro Sale, which is a typical argentine food sale) and were able to pay most of it.
I would say our biggest joy was to have Edith receive a Cornea Transplant which allowed her to recuperate vision in one eye. This was done thanks to Zambrano Foundation!
More news will follow in the next report. Thank you for your ongoing support!
