We are proud to announce that the second training has been completed and the attendance was 97% of the scholarship recipients and 95% of the mothers.
As a project it gives us great joy and satisfaction to see that the result of the training is reflected in the school performance of the girls and young women; they get better grades, attendance and participation in the classroom increases, the habit of reading is reinforced and there are better interpersonal relationships. This monitoring process allows the scholarship technician to monitor the educational center and reinforce communication and interaction with the school principals, to the benefit of the girls.
The main advantage of monitoring is the access to information on progress and performance, which allows us to identify variations in the execution that are impacting positively or negatively on the girls’ lives, in order to make timely and relevant decisions that allow the improvement of their quality of life.
We can also notice some attitudes that can be worked on together with the families so that they contribute to the integral development of the scholarship recipients. All our actions will always be for the benefit of the scholarship girls.
