On June 22 participants and graduates of Teen Mom Kidsave’s programs met volunteers, mentors, partners and Kidsave staff members for a final event of 2015-2016 programme year. It was decided to follow the tradition and to organize an event as boat trip across the Moskva River. During such trips a dozens of teen moms met their mentees and became closer to them.
The all-prize ruffle, master class "a bird of happiness", a buffet reception, a photoshoot helped mentors and teen mothers to get close to each other. Kidsave thank you letters to mentors and partners to mark their commitment and goodwill. Mentors and girls told about how they have become friends and what does it mean to them to be a mentor and mentee.
We managed to create warm, friendly atmosphere. The day was sunny and full of smiles and positive emotions! During the trip several girls have found mentors. Svetlana and Nadia finally decided that they would be a pair. Svetlana decided to become a friend to a one more mentee Alyona.A volunteer Victoria decided to participate a training to become a mentor for teen mon Dasha.
