FIRST STAGE OF THE YEAR

In the months that have elapsed since 2023, the Future Graduates Programme has generally focused on annual planning and thinking concretely about the proposals needed by our ten scholarship holders. From this, we began to carry out work sessions with the team in charge of support in coordination with other programmes of the Fundación León,
in order to reinforce the support between the different actors involved. Another important instance that we have been going through during these months, and that is still ongoing, is the banking of all our scholarship holders, which helps us to work with our scholarship holders on skills such as autonomy, responsibility, commitment, among others.

Daily life in the schools has returned to normal (after the pandemic), but the trajectories of the students bring with them a history of fragmentation, losses, vulnerable contexts, deep emotions, and it is these experiences that really mark the school path, which we accompany. We worked hard during the months of February and March to encourage scholarship holders who had pending subjects to pass, so that they could take advantage of the examination tables and regularise their school careers. To this end, individual meetings were held to provide guidance and useful strategies so that these opportunities could be successfully taken advantage of.

Also, since February, group workshops began to be held with the total number of scholarship holders from each school, where the skills mentioned above were addressed, in addition to those related to the FIRST REPORT 2023 Subscribe to DeepL Pro to edit this document. In order to resume these spaces, it was necessary to sign the minutes, which are carried out in the presence of the responsible adult, renewing the commitment of both parties so that this accompaniment can take place
