This initiative is more than just a program—it’s a movement. By empowering tribal children and young people, strengthening parental involvement, and addressing critical social challenges, we are shaping a future where every child has the knowledge, confidence, and opportunity to thrive.
Children’s Rights Awareness Program
Knowledge is power. Through specialized training sessions, children and youth gain a deeper understanding of their legal rights and protection measures. This not only enables them to safeguard their own well-being but also allows them to become proactive change-makers within their communities.
Fostering Civic Engagement and Democratic Awareness
Through active participation in children's councils (Bal Panchayat), young minds are being empowered to understand and advocate for their rights. This initiative ensures that children have a voice in their communities, fostering leadership and awareness, they develop a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to community-driven change for a brighter future. The children are introduced to the foundations of governance, democratic participation and leadership through regular interactive sessions.
Educating and Empowering Parents
The second key pillar of this initiative is equipping parents with knowledge about children’s rights and protection laws. By raising awareness, families become stronger advocates for their children, ensuring a safer and more nurturing environment at home and in schools. With better-informed parents taking initiative, child welfare improves, and schools become more supportive spaces for learning and growth.
Combatting Drug Abuse and Domestic Violence
Addressing social challenges head-on, the project includes educational sessions for both children and parents about the risks of drug abuse and domestic violence. These sessions create a dialogue that fosters prevention strategies, strengthens family bonds, and promotes a healthier and more secure upbringing for children.
