India Home's dementia day care program at Wexford Terrace has been thriving, providing essential support and care for seniors in our community. With a dedicated team of professionals and volunteers, the program has expanded its reach, offering engaging activities tailored to the needs of individuals with dementia. The positive feedback from families has been overwhelming, highlighting the difference our services make in enhancing the quality of life for both seniors and their caregivers.

In celebration of Indian Independence Day, over 150 seniors gathered to honor this significant occasion. The event was filled with vibrant cultural displays, traditional music, and heartfelt reminiscences of India's rich heritage. Participants enjoyed delicious Indian cuisine while engaging in lively conversations, fostering a sense of community and connection among attendees. Our annual India Home Gala for SACH to fundraise for the Wexford Terrace was a resounding success, celebrating community and showcasing the talents of our seniors. The performance by the senior Sakhi dance group was nothing short of inspiring, with particpants showcasing dances and songs that highlighted their creativity and enthusiasm. The event brought joy and laughter, creating lasting memories for everyone involved.
