As the year comes to a close, we’re filled with excitement for what’s ahead—and gratitude for everything we’ve achieved together. Before diving into the new year, let’s take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come as a community committed to making a difference around the world.
Empowering the next generation of changemakers, Terra Renaissance has been nurturing young leaders since 2023 to ensure agricultural cooperatives can sustainably uplift vulnerable households. This year, from raising and selling livestock like pigs to trying out new ventures like festival booths, the cooperative members are building skills and growing confidence.
Meanwhile, a youth member has been running a thriving farmers’ market since 2016, and this year, Japanese high school students brought fresh ideas to enhance the market, proving the power of collaboration across borders.
Our mission is powered by the incredible people we serve—but it’s YOU who make it all possible. Your support helps dreams take flight and creates a safe, welcoming space for those in need. Because of you, we can dream bigger, reach higher, and work harder every day.

Meet the dedicated team behind the Baitone Agricultural Cooperative—a group working to transform the lives of landmine victims and vulnerable families in their community.
Through our livelihood support program, individuals are learning life-changing skills like livestock rearing and home gardening. In 2023, we took it a step further by training six local staff members to strengthen the cooperative’s management. Our goal? To empower them to lead their community toward self-reliance and sustainable growth.
Fast forward two years, and these six young leaders have achieved extraordinary progress. From learning basic typing skills to mastering online survey tools and managing operations, they’ve become the backbone of the cooperative’s mission. Together, they’re paving the way for a future where opportunity and resilience thrive.
Their journey is just one of the many ways your support changes lives—not just for today, but for generations to come. Together, we’re building a world where everyone has the chance to grow, thrive, and shape their own future.
