The GVI Charitable Trust National Scholarship Program supports projects around the world benefitting disadvantaged people and providing opportunities for them to receive education and training which will lead to long term improvements for them, their communities and environments.
In 2012, we expanded the National Scholarship program to the UK, with the aim to provide opportunities also to disadvantaged individuals in this country which will help them to undergo training and create opportunities they would otherwise not have had, which will open doors and lead to positive developments.
This project has seen huge support and following on GlobalGiving from donors and we are greatly appreciative. We are also looking for partnership opportunities with youth organisations in the United Kingdom to also enable an easier selection process for the scholars.
