Dear donors, I am writing to provide a summary of our crowdfunding campaign to repair a building in the Baasir-Shouf area of Lebanon. The campaign aimed to raise $35,000 to restore the building and shelter its residents, which include five families, including children and widows. The campaign was launched on 28/8/2022 and ran for a period of four months.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we were only able to raise a total of $150 during the campaign period. We are deeply disappointed with this outcome, as we know how crucial this project is for the well-being of the involved residents. We understand that the amount raised is far below our target, but we want to assure you that we made every effort to promote the campaign and reach out to potential donors through various channels.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the donors who contributed to our campaign. Your support is deeply appreciated, and we assure you that we will continue our efforts to find alternative sources of funding to complete this important project. We also want to acknowledge the efforts of the platform and its team in supporting us throughout the campaign. Moving forward, we will continue to keep you updated on our progress and any future initiatives related to this project.
