Meet Mookie, a sweet 11-year-old kitty whose story embodies our mission. When Mookie’s family noticed a fast-growing mammary mass, they feared the worst but were unable to afford immediate surgery. Our Springfield hospital got her in right away. During surgery, we successfully removed the mass, giving Mookie a chance to live her life to the fullest. This life-saving care was possible because of supporters like you who believe in the importance of affordable care.
Pets like Mookie remind us of the difference we can make by keeping veterinary care accessible. For Mookie’s family, affordable care meant they could keep her healthy and happy at home.
