Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project providing latrines to women-led households. Women-led households without access to sanitary latrines is indeed very problematic in terms of modesty and safety of the users. This is very true especially at night when women need to use the latrine and privacy is absent. We proposed this project and we are happy to note that there are generous local givers who have provided support and encouragement. We use the time during this project period in visiting the areas and assessing the need by women-led households in terms of what latrine types to construct, the design and specifications they want and availability of space in their area. We plan also to install 1 or 2 models for them to inspect and comment upon. Hoping that we will continue to generate suppport for this project.
