By Suranjani Wickremeratne | President - Tarana Foundation
Dear Donors,
After facing many challenges, our local agent was finally able to get down the medical equipment ordered by the Tarana Foundation to be donated to the Orthopedic Unit of the Lady Ridgeway Hospital.
Tarana Foundation - LRH Team donated the medical equipment to Lady Ridgeway Hospital, the premier national children's hospital in Sri Lanka located in Colombo on the 15th of March.
This was our first phase, and we donated medical equipment to the value of LKR 4.6 million to the LRH.
We have commenced the second phase to donate the next lot of equipment required by the LRH. Currently, we have a collection of over Rs. 5 million received from donors, and are in the process of discussing the equipment required from this donation and working on the quotes for them.
The current crisis in the health sector due to shortages in essential medicine to support life-threatening situations has taken precedence, and we have posted a project on it on GlobalGiving. Any support you can provide by way of a donation and/or spreading the word to your relatives, friends, and colleagues would be very much appreciated.

Many blessings to all of you and may you and your family is blessed abundantly.
Best Regards
Suranjani Wickremeratne
